A list of the directors of the company is available upon request at the Company’s registered office. LFF and Lindeyer Francis Ferguson are trading name of Lindeyer Francis Ferguson Limited.

The Company is registered to carry on audit work in the UK and Ireland by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Details about our audit registration can be viewed at www.auditregister.org.uk for the UK and at www.cro.ie/auditors for Ireland under reference number C003819498.

In accordance with the disclosure requirements of The Provision of Services Regulations 2009, our lead professional indemnity insurers are RSA Insurance Group Plc, 20 Fenchurch Street London EC3M 3AU. The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the United States of America or Canada and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the United States of America or Canada.
